Your Skills

  • Hold a degree in logistics and / or other relevant experience.
  • Have 5 years of experience in logistics and team management.
  • Know how to use Office Suite software and transport software.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
  • Demonstrate leadership and be a good communicator.
  • Possess good problem solving skills quickly.
  • Demonstrate an ability to be organized, structured and rigorous.
  • Possess good knowledge of regulations and laws in truck transport.
  • Have experience with customs documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Have good knowledge of the road network.

Your challenge

  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and safe work methods at all times.
  • Supervise drivers to efficiently and economically deliver trucks to our customers.
  • Coordinate subcontracted deliveries according to the allocated budget.
  • Make sure to manage the delivery team by distributing the workload fairly.
  • Ensure that promised delivery dates are met and take action when there are anticipated delays.
  • Prepare transport and customs documents for truck bodies to be delivered to the United States.
  • Work with planning on tracking upcoming deliveries to predict transportation times.
  • Make sure to respect transport regulations and laws (pre-departure inspections, log book, others).
  • Maximize the use of shuttle cars attached to trucks during deliveries.
  • Implement efficient and innovative transportation practices to support the company's growth in the coming years.
