Your Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent training).

• 3 years of experience in a similar position (manufacturing environment an asset).

• Software: Microsoft office (advanced Excel) & ERP system.

• Proficiency in oral and written French.

• Intermediate level oral and written English communication.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Autonomous, creative, rigorous, good analytical skills.

• Very good ability to work in a team and have a good sense of customer service.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, time and priorities.

Your challenge

• See to the completeness and accuracy of financial data, in accordance with procedures, tax laws and accounting standards.

• Analyze discrepancies in the income statement, prepare and analyze several account analyzes and validate certain balance sheet accounts.

• Produce financial reports, including performance indicators.

• Prepare various month-end entries (fixed assets, inventory, work in progress).

• Perform and ensure routine accounting activities (Validate and prepare GST-QST report, expense report, allowances, assistance with accounts payable).

• Ensure cost and price updates and analyze inventory discrepancies (qty / price).

• Perform financial analysis of the sales sector, including analysis of margins and profitability.

• Collaborate in the preparation of year-end files and the inventory process.

• Perform any other task of the same nature or of a general nature related to the job, requested or required by his duties.
