Your Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing context.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA designation.
• Advanced mastery of Excel.
• Team spirit.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.

Your challenge

• Analyze actual manufacturing costs compared to budgets, then study and explain variances.
• When necessary, report variances and highlight issues requiring action from operations teams.
• Work closely with operations teams to understand variances and generate potential solutions.
• Conduct ad hoc product/plant cost analyses to support operations.
• Prepare, review, and provide analytical expertise on management reports.
• Support the CFO in implementing and maintaining internal controls.
• Participate in budgeting, physical inventories, and other plant activities.
• Prepare analyses and provide recommendations to the CFO to optimize operating costs.
• Assist in preparing financial statements.
• Participate in analyzing the profitability of new projects.
• Collaborate in establishing financial performance indicators for operations.
