Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or industrial relations;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition is required;
  • Ability to develop skills profiles and innovative selection tools;
  • Proven experience with elaboration of projects or initiatives related to talent acquisition;
  • Mastery of social medias in hiring strategies;
  • At ease with talent research tolls such as: targeted ads and researches (sourcing), sites postings, professional networks, interactive chats;
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a massive hiring context;
  • Ability to work in teams together with others while contributing to the realization of common targets;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Proactive;
  • Tuned in to internal customers;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills;
  • Great self-reliance and organization skills;
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry is an asset;
  • Member of the HRIRO is an asset;
  • Perfect knowledge of French and English (spoken and written);
  • Mastering Windows/MS Office environment.

Your challenge

Job Mission:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the desired person will work in close collaboration with other HR team members in order to attract, select and hire the best talent. He/she will contribute to the elaboration and implementation of various HR projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and retention. More specifically, the incumbent:

  • Participates in talent enticement and acquisition: hiring, job fairs, open-door events, group interviews, etc.
  • Participates in the deployment and promotion of our employer brand;
  • Develops innovative practices in talent acquisitions;
  • Is involved in various initiatives related with retention of our own talent;
  • Maintains close relations with employability agencies and training centres;
  • Promotes our available jobs and hiring activities on various external sites and social medias;
  • Revises or develops proficiency profiles and job descriptions in close collaboration with the managers of the various services;
  • Supports the managers with talent selection;
  • Participates in developing mass hiring strategies in the context of company growth;
  • Participates in the greeting, integration and follow-up processes with new employees;
  • Any other related tasks depending on the evolution of company needs.
