Your Skills

• High school diploma with relevant experience or diploma of professional studies in thermal insulation (asset)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in the production of products in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read plans
• Very good dexterity, thoroughness and quality-oriented
• Experience handling various tools
• Versatile, resourceful, and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of French, both oral and written
• Very good physical ability (lifting weights under 50 pounds)
• Good ease in working in an environment with changing climatic conditions

Your challenge

The designated person will have to apply the insulation inside the truck bodies. More specifically, the chosen person will have as main tasks, but not limited to:

• Read and interpret blueprints to establish the amount of insulating materials needed.
• Use the tools necessary for the manufacture of truck bodies (drill, riveter, floor nailer, tape measure, etc.) with care.
• Apply and fix the insulation. 
• Perform visual inspection and ensure product quality according to predetermined specifications.
• Do preventive maintenance of tools.
• Perform all tasks according to predetermined time standards Compliance with the company's health and safety rules and procedures
• Perform all other related tasks as required.
