Your Skills

  • Hold a Welding Vocational Diploma (DEP).
  • Have a minimum of relevant related experience (3 to 5 years).
  • Master French language (oral and written).
  • Master the required skills of the sector.
  • Be an ambassador of the company's values.
  • Demonstrate leadership and planning skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent mastery of reading work orders.
  • Ensure compliance with work methods and procedures within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and procedures required by the company within the team.
  • Demonstrate an interest in continuous improvement.

Your challenge

It is expected that 50% of the team leader's time is allocated to direct labor tasks and that 50% of their time is allocated to management responsibilities.

  • Perform the necessary welding work in the sector.
  • Ensure that the team has all the necessary equipment and tools for the day.
  • Ensure that team members adhere to the time standards established by the company.
  • Ensure the compliance of work performed by team members.
  • Adequately welcome and integrate new employees into the department.
  • Collaborate with team leaders from other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the proper use of equipment and tools by team members.
  • Ensure the proper use of storage boards and cleanliness of the sector.
  • Perform any other tasks requested by a member of the supervisory team.
